How many mobile toilets and urinals does my customer need for events?
Each event is unique, so it's important to consider factors such as the event space, number of visitors, duration, alcohol consumption, and food service when determining the required number of mobile toilets and pee columns. When alcohol is consumed, we recommend increasing the calculated number by 20% to accommodate the increased restroom usage. Additionally, the gender ratio of attendees should be taken into account, as men and women may have different restroom needs, including the usage of urinals. By considering these factors, you can accurately determine the quantity and type of facilities needed for your event.

How do I clean my mobile toilets during the service process?
When renting out mobile toilets, it's crucial to perform thorough cleaning. If full service is not possible due to space limitations or blockages, follow as many of the following steps as feasible:The following eight steps are necessary for a complete service of your rented toilet on a construction site:
  • Disinfection: Disinfect the cabin, focusing on areas with frequent user contact;
  • Waste Removal: Remove any waste in the tank, such as cups or clothing, using a vacuum hose or by hand if necessary;
  • Tank Emptying: Use a vacuum pump to empty the holding tank;
  • Cleaning: Clean the interior of the unit using a sponge and a bucket of cleaning solution;
  • Add Bluing: Place a bluing tablet in the waste water tank and use the water from the bucket to fill the tank (approximately 20L);
  • High-Pressure Rinse: Spray the toilet unit with water, ensuring the tank reaches around 20L capacity;
  • Drying: Dry the toilet unit, as it is often immediately put back into use. Drying the walls and floor is not necessarily required;
  • Replenish toilet paper: Replenish the toilet unit with toilet paper and, if necessary, other products that have run out;
  • Date and assessment: Use whiteboard stickers on the inside or use your own external system/booklet. Then assess whether the toilet unit is still functioning and has not suffered any damage. If you are looking for whiteboard stickers, please do not hesitate to contact us.
How can I efficiently plan and manage my service routes?
To organize the routes as efficiently as possible, start by mapping the area. Then consider the next steps:
  1. Start by mapping the area and identifying landfill locations.
  2. Determine which rental units require more frequent servicing.
  3. Minimize routes through high-traffic areas, such as congested roads and areas with many traffic lights.
  4. Set a maximum driving distance per day for each driver and calculate the average service time per unit.
  5. Determine the capacity of your waste water tank and how many units can be serviced before emptying.
  6. Create route boundaries for each driver, ensuring they can complete a circular route and return to the starting point for waste discharge or back to your company
To efficiently manage the routes, start by mapping out the necessary service area and use the following procedure:
  1. Assign drivers to specific routes, aiming for consistency and familiarity with roads and surroundings.
  2. Determine the most efficient route based on distance, kilometers, and actual travel time.
  3. Decide the number of drivers needed based on the required service hours for each route. In some cases, paying overtime may be more cost-effective than hiring additional drivers or routes.
  4. Consider customer expectations and try to schedule service days on the same day of the week for each customer whenever possible. This consistency improves customer satisfaction and helps drivers navigate the location effectively. Have contingency plans in place for driver absence due to illness, vacation, or vehicle breakdown.
